Ever shut your eyes and thought of a colour, say purple? When you open your eyes again, this colour stands out in the herd brighter than before. I felt like I was testing this primary school trick all day, but by accident. It was a grey day in Melbourne and I kept noticing versions of the colour purple, it seemed to pierce through the streets.
